Because of the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, all sales are subject to the conditions outlined below.

 

Product Descriptions & Condition

All items are described as accurately and honestly as possible based on careful inspection at the time of listing.

  • Items may be vintage, pre-owned, or previously loved

  • Minor signs of wear, age, or patina are normal and often part of an item’s character

  • Any notable flaws, wear, or imperfections are disclosed in the description and/or photographs

  • Measurements and materials are provided to the best of our ability
     

We encourage customers to review all photos and descriptions carefully and to contact us with questions before purchasing.

 

Authenticity & Branding

Where an item is described as authentic, signed, or branded, this reflects our best professional assessment based on markings, construction, materials, and experience.
 

Some items may be described as designer-inspired, style-inspired, or unsigned, and are not represented as authentic designer goods.
 

JMab Treasures does not sell counterfeit items. Any brand names used are for descriptive and identification purposes only.

 

Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website

  • Prices reflect factors such as condition, rarity, brand recognition, and market demand

  • Inventory is limited, and most items are one-of-a-kind

  • Items may sell simultaneously across platforms; availability is not guaranteed until purchase is complete
     

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or withdraw items if necessary.

 

Orders & Payment

Orders are considered final once payment is completed.

We reserve the right to:

Shipping

  • Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Alberta, Canada

  • Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout

  • Tracking is provided when available

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions
     

JMabTreasures is not responsible for delays once an item is in the carrier’s possession.
 

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of vintage and pre-owned items:

  • All sales are generally final

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as fit, preference, or buyer’s remorse
     

If an item arrives significantly not as described, please contact us within the timeframe outlined in our Returns Policy so we can review the issue fairly.

 

Care & Wearability

Vintage and costume jewelry often requires gentle handling and care.

  • Items should be stored properly and kept away from moisture, perfumes, and harsh chemicals

  • JMabTreasures is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, wear, or storage after delivery
