Returns Policy

At JMabTreasures, every item is carefully selected, described honestly, and photographed clearly so customers can shop with confidence. Because we specialize in vintage, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind pieces, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful to both the customer and the integrity of the items we offer.

Returns Are Considered Case by Case

We understand that questions or concerns may arise after receiving an order. For that reason, return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for consideration, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the concern

  • Supporting photos, if applicable

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

When Returns May Be Approved

A return may be approved if:

  • The item received differs materially from the listing description

  • There is undisclosed damage that significantly affects wearability or function

  • An error occurred during fulfillment

​

Approval of a return is at the discretion of JMabTreasures.

​

​

Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only after the approved item is returned and inspected.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned at the buyer’s expense

  • The item must be in the same condition it was sent, including:

    • No additional wear, damage, or alteration

    • All original components included

  • The return must be shipped with tracking

Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because of the nature of our inventory, the following are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by law:

  • Items described as vintage, pre-owned, or designer-inspired with disclosed wear

  • Items purchased with full knowledge of condition details and photographs

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • JMabTreasures is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Condition & Authenticity

All items are photographed and described to the best of our ability. Signs of age, wear, or character are part of vintage and pre-owned items and are not considered defects when disclosed.

We encourage customers to:

  • Review all photos carefully

  • Read descriptions fully

  • Ask questions before purchasing

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage direct communication before opening a dispute or chargeback. Many issues can be resolved quickly when discussed openly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in future purchasing restrictions.
